Paradise Chevrolet

The salesman gentleman was very nice, friendly, and understanding of the type of vehicle I was looking for. This is the second Chevy vehicle I have purchased in my lifetime. Back in 2007, I purchased a Chevy Cobalt at Paradise Chevrolet. Sixteen years later I made the decision it was time for an upgrade. I decided to go back to Paradise Chevrolet because I have always felt this is the place where I feel comfortable doing business with individuals who are going to listen and pay attention to customer needs. Thank you Chevrolet for being a family.

I was able to buy a Bolt EV 1LT for MSRP! That was great! No haggling, salesperson did not need to see the manager multiple times, no flat out lies, no other wired tactics, like we experienced at a different GM dealership. Tony, our salesperson was doing a great job. He was very friendly and competent. We were treated with respect throughout the process. We will definitely come back for our next EV purchase.

They are always so nice there. I had rose help me and she took care of me and was so kind and went above and beyond on helping take care of my car. She was also training somebody and he was so funny and really made me feel right at home..they were both awesome!!! They even washed my car and it made me cry!!! Its the little things like that, that make all the difference.

If I could give them zero stars I would! My son bought a car here a year ago. Milage was low yet recently he took it in to get checked because it wouldn’t start. They told him he needed a whole new engine or a new car. The whole situation seemed very odd. The Service Technician “Edwardo/Eddie” was so unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. He had no straight answers and somehow convinced my son into getting an oil change and a new battery saying, “The car has the wrong battery” at around $400 plus. He was supposed to run a diagnostic and had the car for almost 8 days and did everything but what he was supposed to. If a car purchased there falls apart after just 1 yr and the service tech doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing I’d say go elsewhere. They completely took advantage of a young guy and were so unprofessional! Do better Eddie! UPDATE :Took the car to another Paradise Dealership $200 fix and car didn’t need a new engine! It took the guy about two days to figure it out. He was polite in stating he didn’t want to bad mouth another dealership yet the whole thing didn’t sound right and the car is fine. Also he worked with my son squeezing him in and doing all the paperwork himself. That was another thing Eddie had told my son if he wanted the car fixed he’d have to call a certain number and arrange things himself. When he called they told him that the dealership had to call.
